Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
Our full policies describe how we collect, use, and protect your information: Privacy Policy · Terms of Service.
About the presenter
The presenter in the video is an AI-generated character used to explain concepts in a friendly, familiar setting. She is not a customer, policyholder, or licensed agent, and her story is illustrative rather than a personal account.
About the checkup
The three-question checkup provides general educational information based on the topics you select. It does not determine eligibility, calculate your full insurance needs, or recommend a policy. Your answers stay on the page and are not stored or sent anywhere unless you later submit the contact form, in which case only your first topic selection is used to prefill the form.
About cash-value and indexed universal life insurance
Cash value is a feature of some permanent life insurance policies. Premiums are subject to policy costs and charges, so not every dollar you pay goes toward cash value.
Index-linked interest is not a direct investment in a market index. Interest crediting is subject to caps, participation rates, and floors set by the insurer. A floor limits negative index-linked crediting, but it does not prevent your policy's value from going down because of policy charges, loans, or withdrawals.
Illustrated values that are not guaranteed are not certain. Loans against a policy charge interest and can reduce the policy's values and benefits, and in some cases can cause the policy to lapse or create tax consequences.
An indexed universal life (IUL) policy is life insurance, not a retirement account. It does not replace employer benefits, health insurance, or disability insurance.
About living benefits
Some policies allow early access to part of the death benefit for qualifying illnesses. Whether these benefits are available depends on the policy, the rider, your eligibility, and your state. Using an accelerated benefit reduces what remains for your beneficiaries.
How requests are handled
When you submit a request on the main page, it is routed to a licensed insurance agent working with National Brokers Group. Your request may be handled by more than one agent. No response time is guaranteed.
Text messaging
The contact form offers two separate text-message options: marketing messages, and non-marketing messages such as order updates and appointment reminders. Both are optional. Consent is not a condition of receiving service, and the form can be submitted without checking either box.
If you opt in, message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. Reply STOP at any time to end messages, and text HELP for assistance.
